90's Alternative Rock Mix

Alternative rock emerged from the independent music. It really came out of the college radio scene of the 80's. There was so much music coming from college radio that was never heard outside the campuses and became widely popular by the 1990s. 

Here are some tracks from my early 90's playlist when I used to DJ and open the dance floor for KROQ NIGHT @ The Palace (now known as "Avalon - Hollywood")
